Eligibility for returns and refunds
We apologize if you receive a defective or damaged item. To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving it. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item or a wrong product, and we will arrange a return or exchange for you. Returns must be undamaged and free of signs of wear and tear.
All tags, packaging, and invoices must be preserved in order to ensure a successful return.
The return may not be processed if any of these items are not included. Please contact our support team within 48 hours if an item does not arrive in its original condition or contains missing parts. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return process
Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. During this process, they will provide you with specific instructions and guide you through the process. We will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
- Perishable goods and custom products
We cannot accept returns for perishable goods like flowers or plants, or customized items that are made to order.
- Downloadable digital products
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been accessed or downloaded, such as an e-book or software.
There are specific exceptions to each of these categories that will be clearly communicated to you during the purchase process.
Return shipping
In the case of a return, shipping costs should be incurred by the user. However, if there was an error on our part, we will gladly cover return shipping costs.
Refund method
Upon receiving a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be used to process the refund, if a refund is applicable. After the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
